Integrated Request Management System: NSR has developed its own request management system (trouble ticketing), which supports the technical structure in managing the flow of assistance activities. The system is open source and usable via WEB, customizable according to customer needs, can be integrated with the main brands in the market sector, and allows the management, in an integrated way, of tickets, assets and reporting.
Certified Personnel: The technical structure employs professionals with high technical and systemic skills, who ensure rapid and precise troubleshooting, also providing hardware and software configuration recovery services on multivendor and multiplatform systems in a short time and in any case in compliance with SLA contractual requirements.
