Our Commitment and Expertise in Cybersecurity Training for Public Administrations and SMEs
NSR is pleased to announce its participation in the PNRR HARD DISC (Human Centered Approach and Regulatory Dimension in Developing an Interoperable and Secure Cyberspace) project, promoted by the University of Roma Tre in collaboration with other Italian universities. The project aims to tackle the legal, social, ethical, and technological challenges of cybersecurity in both the public and private sectors through research, training, and awareness activities.
The project has three main initiatives:
- Cyber Tour: A series of events in nine Italian universities to spread the fundamentals of cybersecurity, with a focus on public administrations and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
- Advanced Training: An intensive 15-day course dedicated to cybersecurity and the protection of digital rights, with lectures and hands-on workshops.
- Research Activities: Investigations into the regulatory, ethical, and technical profiles of cybersecurity, with a dual focus on public administrations and SMEs.
NSR will actively contribute to the Cyber Tour and the Advanced Training Course, offering its experience and know-how in the industry.
The Cyber Tour: Cybersecurity on the Road
The Cyber Tour, which will start in Rome on January 30, 2025, will visit nine Italian universities to raise awareness about cybersecurity topics. The events, divided into general and thematic sessions, will cover subjects such as regulations, the protection of digital rights, risk management in public administration, and continuous cybersecurity training in SMEs.
NSR has contributed to the preparation of training content and will be present with expert speakers at the following stops:
- Rome: January 30, 2025
- Naples: May 29, 2025
- Turin: October 23, 2025
- Milan: November 27, 2025
Other stops include Trento (March 6), Parma (March 20), Verona (April 10), Palermo (July 3), and Pisa (September 25).

The Advanced Training Course in Cybersecurity and Protection of Cyber Rights
The Advanced Training Course in Cybersecurity and Protection of Cyber Rights will offer 15 training days, held weekly, covering strategic topics such as identity security, encryption, risk management, and cloud security.
NSR will contribute three full days of lessons dedicated to topics such as encryption and digital identity security, cybersecurity risk management, and cloud security. Our experts will also lead four hands-on workshops on key topics, including the use of advanced security monitoring tools, data masking techniques, vulnerability assessment, and cyber incident management.
Our involvement in the HARD DISC project highlights and reinforces our commitment to spreading cybersecurity culture and developing advanced skills. It’s an important step toward better preparing businesses for the challenges of cyberspace, strengthening digital awareness and security in Italy.
